Yep, planning on submitting it in the next day or 2.
Clearview has been submitted to the concrete5 marketplace. Not sure how long it will take to be made available there though.

Thanks for the great feedback!
To have the menu always open, look in the theme’s footer.php file (theme_clearview/themes/clearview/elements/footer.php) for this code:
$('#menu-wrap').rb_menu({transition: 'swing', loadHideDelay: 3000});
and simply comment it out or remove the whole code from the opening script tag to the closing one. Think that should do it.
