Is it possible to add an image to the Global Scrapbook (like in the Office Space theme) instead of having the site’s name in text?

Those errors arent with the theme(s) – all but one were with a test autonav template I was using on there (i just got rid of it so those are fixed). The one error left is being outputted by the version of concrete5 I am running, so there’s nothing I can do about that.
color me stupid, but when I download this I don’t get an index.php or a 404.php or any other files that are usually in a wordpress theme.

That’s because this isnt the WordPress theme. I ported this theme to be used with concrete5. I totally recommend taking a look at concrete5 if you havent already!
