re: Number of columns on home pageIn the home.php file (located at packages/theme_slate/themes/slate/home.php) you'll see three divs with a class of col_4 right in a row. Remove the last two divs and change the class of the remaining first one from col_4 to col_12

re: Slow PerformanceJust looked at your site and that is really slow. I'm thinking it's gotta be something with the host/server. I just don't see how it can be related to Slate. If you look at the demo of Slate on my server it's fast. http://c5mix.com/demos/theme/slate/

re: Slow PerformanceAh, that's because you purchased it from my site (c5mix.com) back then. Sorry, I didn't realize that.

re: Slow PerformanceCan you take a look at this fix for fancybox and see if that's what may be slowing things down.

re: logo or sitenameIt's because the #header has a set height on it and will cut off anything over that height (and the logo is taller than that. Try adding this to the Custom CSS box in the Customization panel (Dashboard->Pages and Themes and click Customize button next to Clearview)

re: main box on home page width & site logoIf you adjust the width of #wrapper in the main.css file, that will adjust the width of that whole content area. The feature area is 100% width of that #wrapper width.

re: Making pull down menu go to 2nd and possbile 3rd levelYeah, that's because you have to add/adjust some of the CSS for it to display correctly (according to the Multi-level Dropdowns section in that link I mentioned before). I don't currently have time to look into this further to offer the exact solution, but the info is definitely in that link.

re: making header top a global areaTo make it a global area, you'll have to edit this line in the header.php file (located at theme_officespace/themes/officespace/elements/header.php):

re: Making pull down menu go to 2nd and possbile 3rd levelIt's possible but you'd have to modify some CSS for the nav and change a line in the theme's header.php file (located at theme_officespace/themes/officespace/elements/header.php).

re: Adding drop down to "HOME" mouse overProbably the easiest way to do it would be to exclude your home page from the nav. Then create an External Link, give it the name 'Home' and have the link be the link to your home page. Then create other External Links for the rest of your other sites and place them under the Home page external link you created.
